Using advanced impingement technology, the oven moves food through the cooking chamber on an adjustable conveyor belt while strategically positioned impinger fingers direct jets of heated air onto the product. This process promotes even cooking and helps reduce cook times across a variety of menu items.
The adjustable conveyor speed accommodates different cooking requirements, while the temperature range of 300°F to 600°F provides the flexibility needed for baking pizzas, sandwiches, appetizers, and other prepared foods. A 3-inch product opening allows the oven to handle a wide range of food products without sacrificing cooking consistency.
An intuitive digital control panel simplifies operation by allowing users to easily adjust and monitor both temperature and conveyor speed. Once programmed, the control settings automatically lock to help maintain consistent cooking results and prevent unintended changes. Built-in diagnostic messages also alert operators when maintenance or service is required, helping minimize downtime.
Built for the demands of commercial foodservice environments, the oven features durable stainless steel construction on the top, front, and sides. A front-mounted glass access door allows operators to insert, remove, or reposition products during operation. For easier cleaning and routine maintenance, both the conveyor belt and impinger fingers can be removed, while crumb trays help keep the cooking area clean. The oven operates on a 208V, 3-phase electrical connection.
