The Lincoln Impinger® 3240 Series Natural Gas Conveyor Oven is designed to rapidly heat, bake, crisp, and cook a wide variety of menu items, making it an excellent solution for high-volume commercial foodservice operations. Powered by a 115,000 BTU natural gas burner, the oven utilizes advanced impingement technology to deliver consistent cooking performance across pizzas, appetizers, sandwiches, entrées, and other popular menu offerings.
A user-friendly digital control panel simplifies daily operation with a single power switch and an easy-to-read fluorescent display that shows oven temperature, conveyor belt speed, thermostat status, and diagnostic messages for streamlined troubleshooting. Once cooking parameters are programmed, the settings automatically lock to help maintain product consistency and prevent unintended adjustments.
Offering a temperature range of 250°F to 600°F and adjustable conveyor speeds that provide cook times from 1 to 30 minutes, the oven delivers the flexibility required for a wide variety of recipes. The spacious 75-inch bidirectional conveyor belt, 40-inch baking chamber, and 3-inch product opening accommodate everything from lightly toasted sandwiches to freshly baked pizzas and other high-demand menu items.
Built for long-lasting commercial performance, the oven features a durable stainless steel exterior with removable conveyor belts, doors, and impinger fingers to simplify cleaning and routine maintenance. A front-mounted glass access door with a cool-touch handle allows operators to safely insert, remove, or reposition products during operation. For operations requiring greater production capacity, the oven can be stacked with up to three Lincoln 3240 Series ovens using the appropriate stacking accessories (sold separately). This model requires a natural gas connection and a 120V electrical connection for operation.
