The TK Series ovens are electric deck ovens specifically engineered for high-volume pizza, pastry, baking, and roasting operations. They come with one or two cooking chambers, each featuring independent temperature controls for both the rack and ceiling. This allows operators to easily set and maintain precise temperatures, ensuring exceptional cooking results for a wide variety of foods.

Constructed with a stainless steel front and tilt-up doors, these ovens are fully insulated to maintain cooler outer surfaces and consistent interior temperatures. The doors are fitted with large, tempered-glass windows, allowing for easy monitoring of the cooking process.

Inside, the cooking chambers are crafted from high-heat resistant aluminized steel sheets, equipped with thick refractory stones, and illuminated by high-capacity halogen lamps. The powerful electric heating elements can reach baking temperatures up to 842°F (450°C) within approximately 45 minutes.

Designed for versatility, the TK ovens are stackable up to four decks high. They can be mounted on their custom tray-holding stand or placed on a heat-resistant kitchen countertop, making them a flexible and efficient solution for any commercial kitchen.
