The Hatco UGAL Series Ultra-Glo® Ceramic Infrared Strip Heaters with Lights combine exceptional food holding performance with enhanced product presentation. Utilizing ceramic infrared heating technology and Hatco's pre-focused heat pattern, these foodwarmers create an expanded pyramidal heat zone that distributes warmth from front-to-back and side-to-side while concentrating heat at the edges where heat loss is greatest. This design helps maintain proper serving temperatures without continuing to cook the food, preserving product quality and flavor.
Built with sturdy continuous extruded aluminum housings, the UGAL series provides dependable durability while eliminating sagging over extended lengths. Integrated display lights enhance food visibility and merchandising appeal, making these units ideal for buffet lines, serving stations, open kitchens, carving displays, and other customer-facing applications. The increased height of the ceramic heat source also improves operational working clearances for chefs and serving staff.
Each unit includes adjustable angle brackets and standard conduit leads for installation flexibility. Optional designer finishes, halogen or Chef LED lighting upgrades, tubular stands, remote control enclosures, extended power leads, and additional lighting configurations allow operators to tailor the unit to both operational requirements and décor preferences.
