The Hatco UGAL-XXD Series Ultra-Glo® Dual Ceramic Infrared Strip Heaters with Lights combine powerful food holding performance with enhanced food presentation for buffet lines, carving stations, serving counters, and open kitchen applications. Featuring dual ceramic infrared heating sections mounted side-by-side with integrated display lighting, these units create an expanded heat zone that blankets the entire holding area while maintaining proper serving temperatures without continuing to cook the food.
Hatco's pre-focused heat pattern produces an increased pyramidal heat dimension that distributes warmth from front-to-back and side-to-side while concentrating heat at the edges where heat loss is greatest. The elevated ceramic heating design improves operational working clearances, and the sturdy continuous extruded aluminum housing eliminates sagging to provide dependable long-term performance in demanding foodservice environments. Integrated display lights enhance product visibility and merchandising appeal for customer-facing applications.
Designed for installation flexibility, the UGAL-XXD series includes adjustable angle brackets, standard conduit leads, and either attached or remote control enclosures with toggle switches and indicator lights. Optional Chef LED bulbs, designer finishes, tubular stands, extended power leads, and additional accessories allow operators to customize the system to suit operational needs and décor preferences.
