Featuring dual high watt ceramic infrared heating sections paired with integrated display lighting, these units create an expanded heat zone that blankets the entire holding area while maintaining foods at proper serving temperatures without continuing to cook the product.

Hatco's pre-focused heat pattern generates an increased pyramidal heat dimension that distributes warmth across the holding surface while concentrating heat at the edges where heat loss is greatest. The elevated ceramic heating design improves operational working clearances, and the continuous extruded aluminum housing eliminates sagging to provide dependable durability in demanding commercial foodservice environments. Integrated display lights enhance food visibility and merchandising appeal, making the UGAHL-XXD series ideal for customer-facing applications.

Designed for installation flexibility, the UGAHL-XXD series includes adjustable angle brackets, standard conduit leads, and either attached or remote control enclosures with toggle switches and indicator lights. Optional Chef LED bulbs, designer finishes, tubular stands, extended power leads, and additional accessories allow operators to customize the system to suit both operational requirements and décor preferences.
