The Hatco UGAH-XXD Series Ultra-Glo® High Watt Dual Ceramic Infrared Strip Heaters are designed to deliver intensified warming performance for buffet lines, serving stations, pass-through areas, and open kitchen applications requiring broader heat coverage. Featuring two high watt ceramic infrared heating sections mounted side-by-side, these dual-depth heaters create an expanded heat zone that blankets the entire holding area while maintaining food at proper serving temperatures without continuing to cook the product.
Hatco's pre-focused heat pattern generates an increased pyramidal heat dimension that directs warmth toward the edges of the holding area, where heat loss is greatest. The elevated ceramic heating design improves operational working clearances, while sturdy continuous extruded aluminum housings help eliminate sagging and provide dependable long-term durability in demanding commercial foodservice environments.
Designed for installation flexibility, the UGAH-XXD series includes adjustable angle brackets, standard conduit leads, and either attached or remote control enclosures equipped with toggle switches and indicator lights. Optional designer finishes, tubular stands, extended power leads, and additional accessories allow operators to customize the heater to suit both operational requirements and décor preferences.
