The Hatco PFST Flav-R-Savor® Tall Non-Humidified Holding Cabinet is designed to keep boxed and bagged pizzas hot and ready for serving over extended periods. Its dry holding system uses diffused heat to distribute gentle, even warmth throughout the cabinet, helping maintain optimum serving temperatures without adding humidity.

Featuring a quick-recovery heating system, the cabinet quickly restores its temperature after the door is opened and closed, helping keep stored products consistently warm during busy service periods. A temperature control allows operators to regulate cabinet heat, while a separate temperature monitor displays the cabinet temperature. Tempered glass side panels provide excellent product visibility, and the illuminated interior makes it easier to identify stored products and manage order rotation.

The cabinet includes an eight-shelf rack with six removable shelves, providing flexible storage for different pizza packaging configurations. Selected models feature heavy-duty locking casters for portability and convenient positioning in commercial foodservice environments.
