The Hatco GRHD Glo-Ray® Heated Display Case combines thermostatically controlled base heating with pre-focused infrared overhead heat to keep hot food products at proper serving temperatures during extended holding periods. Designed for commercial food merchandising, this display case helps preserve the freshly prepared taste and temperature of food while presenting products attractively for customers.

The GRHD uses Hatco's exclusive infrared heat pattern to direct warmth toward the outer edges of the holding surface, where heat loss is greatest. A metal-sheathed overhead heating element provides heat from above, while the thermostatically controlled heated base conducts heat from below. This combination helps maintain consistent temperatures throughout the display area.

A key feature is Hatco's exclusive Cool Base construction, which minimizes heat transfer from the heated base to the exterior, helping keep the outside base cooler. Humidity-equipped configurations are also available to help preserve food moisture and extend the holding time of suitable products.

Built with stainless steel and aluminum construction, the GRHD features full-view tempered glass side panels that provide excellent product visibility. Standard rollerless sliding doors on one side allow convenient access to displayed foods while maintaining a clean merchandising presentation.

Coated, shatter-resistant incandescent lights illuminate the holding area, enhancing product visibility while helping protect food from accidental bulb breakage. The display case is supplied with 4-inch (102 mm) adjustable legs, a 6-foot (1829 mm) power cord with plug, and a pan rail. Humidified models include a pan skirt.

The GRHD series is available in Hatco Designer colors to complement different foodservice interiors and merchandising counters. Dual-shelf configurations also offer an upper holding and display area with independent temperature control, providing additional flexibility for holding different products.
