Featuring two infrared strip heaters mounted side-by-side with integrated incandescent display lighting, the GRAL-XXD series delivers consistent warming performance while helping maintain hot food at optimum serving temperatures.

Utilizing Hatco’s pre-focused infrared heat technology, the GRAL-XXD series distributes heat evenly across the entire holding surface without creating cold spots. Durable extruded aluminum housings, reinforced wire guards, heavy-duty insulation, and metal sheathed heating elements provide reliable performance for demanding commercial foodservice environments. Available with either a 3" (76 mm) or 6" (152 mm) spacer between units, the dual-heater configuration creates a wider and deeper holding zone for larger serving applications.

Integrated coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights improve food visibility and merchandising while helping protect food products from bulb breakage. The series supports numerous installation and customization options, including remote controls, sneeze guards, tubular stands, chain suspension kits, designer colors, and optional Chef LED bulbs, making it suitable for a wide variety of commercial serving line configurations.
