The Hatco GRAH Series Glo-Ray® High Watt Aluminum Infrared Strip Heaters are designed to deliver intensified infrared food warming performance for buffet stations, pass-through areas, cafeterias, restaurants, and commercial foodservice holding applications. Utilizing Hatco’s prefocused infrared heat technology, the GRAH series maintains hot food products at safe serving temperatures without drying out or continuing to cook food during holding periods.
Built with durable continuous extruded aluminum housings, the GRAH series provides dependable structural performance while resisting sagging across lengths up to 144" (3658 mm). The high watt configuration delivers increased heat intensity for demanding commercial environments requiring stronger overhead warming coverage. Tubular metal sheathed heating elements, protective wire guards, and insulated reflector systems support efficient and consistent heat distribution throughout service operations.
Available in multiple widths, designer finishes, and mounting configurations, the GRAH series offers extensive installation flexibility for front-of-house and kitchen applications. Factory assembled with mounting tabs for simplified installation, the heaters can be paired with optional remote control enclosures, sneeze guards, tubular stands, chain suspension kits, and infinite controls to support customized food holding configurations.
