The Hatco GR5AH Glo-Ray® High Watt Curved Infrared Strip Heaters are designed to provide higher intensity overhead food warming for buffet stations, serving lines, pass-through areas, and front-of-house foodservice applications. Featuring Hatco’s patented curved housing design, the GR5AH series delivers concentrated infrared heat in a compact profile while maintaining an attractive presentation suitable for commercial serving environments.
Engineered with Hatco’s dependable infrared heating technology, the GR5AH series distributes heat evenly across the holding surface to help maintain proper serving temperatures without continuing to cook food products. The high watt configuration provides increased heating performance for demanding commercial applications while minimizing cold spots across the serving area. Available in lengths from 18" to 72" in 6" increments, the series supports a wide variety of serving line layouts and operational requirements.
Each unit includes mounting brackets, 3' (914 mm) conduit, and 5' (1524 mm) power leads as standard equipment. Operators can customize the appearance with multiple designer colors, gloss finishes, optional tubular stands, and curved tempered glass sneeze guards. The tubular metal sheathed heating element is designed for durability and is guaranteed against burnout and breakage for two years.
