The Hatco FSDT Flav-R-Savor® Humidified Holding & Food Display Cabinet combines controlled heat and humidity to maintain consistent food quality, extend holding times, and reduce product waste. Designed for long-term food holding, it provides an ideal environment for merchandising hot foods such as pizza, fried foods, bakery products, and other prepared items.

Its quick-recovery heating system maintains extremely even temperatures throughout the cabinet, eliminating hot spots and helping preserve product quality during holding periods of approximately 1 to 4 hours. Energy-efficient LED lighting showcases displayed products, while tempered glass doors and side panels provide excellent visibility and help retain heat.

The cabinet features a 3-quart (3-liter) stainless steel water reservoir designed to provide all-day moisture. A front-mounted water cup allows convenient filling, while an interior drain tube simplifies draining and cleaning. Low-water protection helps prevent heating element burnout and alerts the operator when the water level is low.

Large access doors are field-reversible and accommodate pizza pans up to 19" in diameter. The cabinet operates on 120V power with an attached 15-amp cord set. Available in Designer colors, with Anodized Aluminum as the standard finish.
