The Hatco CSUX Series Cold Shelves Undermount units are designed to provide dependable refrigerated holding performance while allowing seamless installation beneath customer-selected countertop materials. Ideal for buffet lines, cafeterias, restaurants, and custom serving counters, these undermount cold shelves help maintain pre-chilled food and beverage products at proper serving temperatures while preserving a clean countertop appearance.
The CSUX series is engineered for use with remote refrigeration systems supplied by others, giving fabricators and operators greater flexibility for custom refrigeration layouts and installation requirements. Designed to mount directly to the underside of approved countertop materials, the units feature anodized aluminum shelf surfaces and include an unattached electronic temperature control box, shelf assembly with temperature probe, unattached TXV valve, and a liquid line solenoid valve attached to the shelf.
Compatible with granite, quartz, Swanstone®, and approved stainless steel or aluminum surfaces, the CSUX series supports a wide range of commercial fabrication applications. The undermount design maximizes countertop aesthetics while delivering practical refrigerated holding performance for demanding foodservice operations.
