Its deep cold zone, forward-sloping frypot bottom, rear flush feature, and 1-1/2" full-port drain valve on fryer batteries support faster sediment removal and more thorough cleaning. Stainless steel frypots, doors, and cabinet sides provide durability for demanding commercial kitchens, while optional CM3.5 or SMART4U® 3000 controllers, basket lifts, spreader cabinets, external oil discharge, frypot covers, and full or triplet baskets allow the fryer battery to be configured around specific production workflows.
