The Somerset CDR-700M Dough Sheeter with metallic rollers is an ideal countertop dough sheeter for high volume pizza production, dough lamination, donut production, quality pastry production, pasta & more! This countertop dough roller offers high productivity in a minimum space! The CDR-700M sheets virtually every type of dough (up to 40lbs), regardless of consistency, to a uniform thickness in seconds and is designed to provide years of reliable, maintenance-free operation in any application. Features include 20" wide sliding feed tray allowing the operator to feed up to 40lbs of the stiffest dough quickly and easily. The quick-change ratchet handle conveniently allows exact dough thickness.
