The Somerset CDR-2000M double pass dough roller makes pizza up to 20" in diameter. This dough roller is a compact tabletop design with a small footprint of only 17" x 22". The Somerset dough roller is a front operated double pass model. Very easy to use, no special skills are required. The CDR-2000M is Somerset Industries’ most advanced, all-in-front, compact dough roller, and although it is ideal for rolling pizza crust dough, it has been designed it to perform well using a wide range of different types of dough.
One-Way and Two-Way Adjusting stops also available, sold separately.
