The Somerset CDR-1550 dough roller sheets dough to a diameter up to 15" in seconds and is designed to perform well and produce consistent results in work areas where space is limited. It's rugged, all stainless steel construction offers safety, sanitation, simplicity, durability, and ease of production in all applications and is perfect for pizza. The CDR-1550 dough roller is capable of sheeting 500-600 pieces an hour.
