The Migali® C-CR48 Competitor Series Countertop Charbroiler (w/ Lava Rock Over Radiants) is excellent for grilling a variety of proteins and veggies with char-rocks or briquettes to achieve a rich, BBQ, smoky flavor. This model incorporates heavy-duty, cast iron, reversible cooking grates with angled sides for flat or sloped positions. Migali® “U” shape burners are robust, creating an even temperature across the char-rock grates. Finally, the C-CR48 is also eye catching, boasting a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, (4) chrome temperature knobs and stainless steel adjustable legs.

Migali® C-CR48 is built with a beautiful ergonomic, easy to clean design that has stainless steel exterior and interior, chrome temperature knobs and stainless steel adjustable feet. This broiler is configured for Natural Gas and it comes with LPG orifice kit for in-field conversion. It incorporates lava rock over reversible cast iron grates that have both a flat and wide cooking surface and long and narrow cooking surface. For even temperature across the char-rock grates, it has 4 highly efficient U-shaped burners, each rated at 35,000 BTUs. This model, with 48” x 20” cooking space, also has removable grease trough and continuous pilot ignition. Migali® warrants to the original purchasers of the Migali unit sold a 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty, which begins at the date of registration or (90) days from the date of shipment by us, whichever is earlier. Migali reserves the right to service the unit only with an authorized Migali service agent. Any part returned to Migali under the terms of this warranty must be accompanied by a record of the model number, serial number and return authorization number.
