Blue Air BLHP48 Six-Burner Hot Plate
The Blue Air BLHP48 Hot Plate delivers powerful performance and lasting durability in a compact footprint, making it ideal for commercial kitchens with limited space. Built with heavy-duty stainless steel construction, it features a professional design that can handle the demands of continuous use while maintaining easy cleaning and serviceability.
Equipped with Eight burners at 28,000 BTU each, this hot plate provides a total output of 224,000 BTU/H, offering the strength and flexibility required for sautéing, simmering, pan-frying, or boiling. Each burner is fitted with Ever-Ready standby pilots for reliable ignition and is controlled by independent manual valves for precise heat adjustment.
The 12” x 12” lift-off cast iron grates provide durability and excellent heat retention, while the cool-touch stainless steel landing ledge ensures safe operation in busy kitchens. A full-length seamless drip pan collects grease and debris, making cleanup quick and efficient.
Factory set for Natural Gas (NG), the BLHP48 comes standard with an LP conversion kit, allowing flexible installation to suit your kitchen’s needs.
