Designed without legs or flue connectors, this base unit allows for easy swapping with your existing oven, minimizing downtime and getting you back to baking or cooking quickly. With 50,000 BTU and a spacious 16 1/4" high baking chamber, this replacement oven is versatile enough to handle a wide variety of foods, including roasts, pastries, cakes, artisan breads, pizzas, and more. The counterbalanced doors ensure smooth and effortless loading and unloading of products.

Built for optimal temperature retention and energy efficiency, this oven features vitreous fiber insulation on all sides—top, back, bottom, and doors. The interior baking compartment is lined with aluminized steel and reinforced by a durable angle iron frame for long-lasting reliability. A free-floating duplex-tube burner, combined with a 1" thick, 12-gauge aluminized steel oven deck, ensures fast and even heating throughout the baking chamber. For added convenience, the burner doors open easily for ignition, cleaning, or adjustment. The liquid pressure thermostat offers precise temperature control, ranging from 200°F to 500°F, allowing for a wide range of cooking applications.
