The Bakers Pride® EP-1-8-3836 is part of the EP Superdeck Series, designed for high-volume pizza and bakery operations seeking the performance of a deck oven with the low-maintenance convenience of electric heating.
This single-deck oven features a 7" (178 mm) deck height and a 38" × 36" Cordierite deck, delivering excellent heat retention and balanced results. Independent, U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom provide uniform temperatures and precise baking control. With 8,000 watts of power available in multiple voltages and phases, this oven offers both reliability and flexibility for different kitchen setups.
The EP-1-8-3836 is constructed with a heavy-duty, fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation. Its stackable design allows up to three ovens to be stacked to increase production without sacrificing floor space, making it a durable and versatile choice for busy foodservice environments.
