This model features an 8" (203 mm) deck height with a 38" × 36" steel deck for consistent, balanced baking. Independently controlled, U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom ensure uniform temperatures and precise control. With 8,000 watts of power available in multiple voltages and phases, this oven delivers energy-efficient and reliable performance.

Built with a heavy-duty, fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation, the EB-1-8-3836 is designed for durability and efficiency. Its stackable design allows up to three ovens high to increase output without requiring additional floor space, making it a versatile choice for high-production kitchens.
