The Bakers Pride® EB-3-8-3836 is the triple-deck model in the EB Superdeck Series, engineered for large-scale pizzerias, bakeries, and foodservice operations requiring maximum production capacity with the reliability of electric operation.
Each chamber features an 8" (203 mm) deck height and a 38" × 36" steel deck, providing consistent, durable performance with excellent heat retention. Independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom of each chamber deliver precise temperature control and uniform results. With 24,000 watts total power (8,000 per deck) available in multiple voltages and phases, the EB-3-8-3836 is designed for flexibility and efficiency in heavy production environments.
Built with a fully welded .25" angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation, the oven ensures durability, energy efficiency, and consistent baking results. Its stackable design allows up to three ovens high, making it scalable for operations with growing demand.
