The Bakers Pride® 451 is a single-deck Superdeck oven designed for high-volume pizza and baking production. With a larger 54" × 34.5" Cordierite deck and an 8" (203 mm) deck height, it provides expanded capacity compared to the 351/352/353 series.
The oven delivers 80,000 BTUH output, offering powerful heating with even performance across the baking surface. Independent top and bottom dampers provide precise temperature control, while the 1.5" thick Cordierite deck ensures superior heat retention and durability for continuous baking.
The 451 is built to last, with a .25" fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and fully insulated construction for consistent results and energy efficiency. With its stackable design, it can be expanded up to three ovens high to meet increasing production demands.
