The Atosa CB3 Series Coffee and Tea Brewers provide programmable brewing for coffee or tea, with a production capacity of up to 160 cups or 12 gallons per hour. The collection includes short and tall configurations, with both single and twin brewer models available. Every model also includes a hot water dispenser.
The brewers use sprayhead technology to distribute water evenly over the coffee grounds for uniform extraction and consistent flavor. A pre-infusion function allows the grounds to bloom before the brewing cycle, while the pulse-brew function uses timed water pulses to promote even saturation and consistent extraction.
A 5-inch color touchscreen provides intuitive digital controls and access to programmable brewing functions. Customizable brew recipes can be saved for simplified one-touch operation, while USB programming allows settings to be uploaded easily. An integrated brew counter tracks total brewing cycles for usage monitoring and maintenance scheduling.
An energy-saver mode reduces the tank temperature during idle periods to conserve energy. The brewers feature a field-adjustable dual-voltage design for 120V, 2-wire plus ground operation or 208-240V, 3-wire plus ground operation.
The stainless steel body supports durability and easy cleaning. These brewers accommodate standard 1 to 1.5-gallon coffee servers, larger coffee servers, and tea dispensers. A water inlet connector and tubing are included to assist with water line installation.
