If you are disappointed with any of the products we offer, we will issue a full refund. Individual goods are subject to limitations.

For the purposes of this Remanufactured Oven 30 Day Guarantee Satisfaction Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Pizza Ovens LLC, 24418 South Main Street Suite 412.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Pizza Ovens, accessible from www.pizzaovens.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel Your Order within 30 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the date on which You receive the Goods or a third party you have nominated, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods provided.
To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must notify Us in writing of your decision. You may notify us of your choice by emailing support@pizzaovens.com.
We will pay You within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. We will repay You using the same method of payment that You used to place the Order, and You will not be charged any costs in connection with the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the Goods must have been purchased within the past 30 days.
Please include your original invoice or order number with your return package if you have one. This way, we may either refund your original purchase amount to your original mode of payment or utilize it to assist you in exchanging your merchandise.
It is not an issue if you cannot locate your original invoice or order number. We virtually always have a record of you in our system.
We retain the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse returns of any goods that does not fulfill the aforementioned return requirements.
Charges and fees incidental to the transaction
We do not provide refunds for incidental charges and fees, which may include the 3.5 percent credit card fee.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held liable for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment process. As a result, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery, we are unable to provide a refund.
