Introducing the Mt. Olympus Rotisserie, a masterpiece of culinary engineering crafted for superior performance and durability. Constructed with precision, the body of this rotisserie is built from 16-gauge polished stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting quality and a sleek appearance.
Equipped with a durable high-temperature ceramic firebox, the Mt. Olympus Rotisserie can be customized with an optional extended firebox Charbroiler, featuring seven 6" x 24" cast iron grates (five grates for narrow models). Powered by a 1/4 HP variable speed DC motor with soft start and stop, paired with a robust two-stage gearbox, this rotisserie delivers reliable and efficient operation.
The standard 6 spit unit boasts spits that are 44 inches long (32 inches long for narrow models), offering a generous capacity of 36–42 chickens (18–24 for narrow models). For larger operations, an optional 10 spit model is available, suitable for chicken only, with a capacity of 60–70 birds.
Designed for versatility, the controller and motor can be positioned on either side of the unit, allowing for customization based on kitchen layout and workflow. Servicing the Mt. Olympus is effortless thanks to the convenient access panel located on the controller side of the unit.
Each Mt. Olympus Rotisserie comes complete with a 6.5-cubic foot stainless steel Wood Handling Cart for convenient wood storage below. Additionally, a grease receptacle, Particle Shovel, and Grate Tool are included as standard. With the optional Charbroiler model, a T-Style Brass-Bristled Brush is also provided.

VENTING INFORMATION
The WS-SFR-# must be vented using a Listed Type 1 exhaust hood, or one constructed in accordance with NFPA 96 and all relevant local and national codes. The rotisserie must be vented as a solid fuel appliance, in accordance with all relevant local and national codes, and in a manner acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction.
