Equipped with two swing doors featuring ergonomic recessed handles, the JST-60-N ensures easy access to its refrigerated compartment. The doors are fitted with one-piece magnetic gaskets that can be effortlessly removed for quick cleaning or replacement. The cabinet is insulated with layers of polyurethane to maintain a consistent temperature between 33°F and 39°F, controlled and monitored through the external digital display.

At the top, the unit offers a total of 14 1/6 size, 4”-deep condiment pans for convenient ingredient placement. A 9 1/2” side rail accompanies the cutting board, which comes with the unit at no additional cost. The 1/2” thick cutting board, made of high-density polyethylene, provides a sturdy surface for efficient ingredient preparation.

With a 15 cu. ft. refrigerated cabinet capacity, the JST-60-N accommodates additional food items, featuring (2) adjustable heavy-duty polyethylene-coated wire shelves for organized storage. The attractive LED interior lighting illuminates the storage space for enhanced visibility.

Cooling is achieved using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a specialized and environmentally friendly option with minimal ozone depletion potential (ODP) and a low global warming potential (GWP). The unit incorporates an innovative hot gas condensate system for increased energy efficiency. The condenser coils are treated with anti-corrosion coating to prevent leakage, and an easy-open front grille cover facilitates convenient condenser cleaning with the included brush.

This self-contained, front-breathing unit requires zero clearance, making it suitable for kitchens with limited space. The 4” swivel casters, with front casters featuring locks, provide mobility, while optional 6” stainless steel or ABS plastic legs are available for those who prefer a stationary setup.
