The factory-balanced refrigeration system, featuring an extra-large evaporator coil, a substantial condenser, and a high-horsepower compressor, maintains a uniform product temperature within the range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators have the flexibility to set the temperature precisely based on the stored products. Utilizing R134A refrigerant, the unit incorporates a sealed cast iron evaporator fan motor with large blades, fostering an efficient low-velocity, high-volume airflow. To enhance performance, the condensing coil benefits from a 20-second fan reversal feature.
