The integration of a drain into the floor facilitates quick cleanup of spills, allowing operators to easily hose out the cabinet. Specifically configured for serving one cafeteria line, the cooler features a drop-front door and a flip-up door, ensuring complete access for users.

Operators have the flexibility to set the temperature within the range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, tailoring it to their specific application. The forced-air system in the cabinet utilizes fans with electronically commutated motors to circulate cold air effectively. Upon compressor startup, the condensing fan motor operates in reverse for 20 seconds, directing air toward the condensing coil to eliminate debris. This cleaning mechanism contributes to a cleaner coil surface, allowing for more efficient operation with reduced energy consumption. While effective, it is essential to maintain regular preventive maintenance practices to ensure the continued proper functioning of the coil over time.
