The exterior is constructed from white powder-coated, cold-rolled steel to resist peeling and chipping, while the interior features a clear-coated aluminum liner with a reinforced stainless steel floor. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation effectively retains cool air within the cabinet.

Maintaining contents within the selected temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the milk cooler utilizes a self-contained capillary tube system for consistent forced-air refrigeration, employing R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors contribute to reduced heat production and energy conservation. To enhance the unit's lifespan, the condensing fan motor directs air in a reverse direction when the compressor activates, effectively removing debris buildup on the condensing coil.
