Its reinforced floor with racks can support heavy loads, and the four castors ensure easy mobility, facilitating movement, placement in cafeteria lines, and cleaning underneath the unit. The lockable door adds a security feature to prevent theft and tampering. The unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to retain cool air effectively.

Maintaining set temperature levels between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the milk cooler provides an external digital temperature readout for user monitoring. Employing environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in a self-contained capillary tube system, the unit efficiently generates cold air. The evaporator and condenser fan motors consistently circulate air around the cabinet. Resisting corrosion, the epoxy-coated evaporator ensures durability, and the condensing unit slides out for easy cleaning access.

The reverse condensing fan motor incorporates an automatic cleaning feature, directing air towards the reverse condensing coil for 20 seconds when the compressor activates. This continuous removal of debris from the coil's surface enhances its efficiency with reduced energy usage. While this feature contributes to optimal performance, users should continue to implement preventive maintenance to ensure the coil functions correctly over time.
