Providing easy interior access, the dual-sided doors feature both drop-front and flip-up top door options, equipped with standard locks to prevent unauthorized access. The unit's exterior, interior, service doors, and reinforced floor, complete with two floor racks, all boast robust stainless steel construction.

Mounted on 4-inch castors for enhanced mobility, the milk cooler includes a convenient clean-out drain with a 1/2-inch plug. To ensure optimal cooling and taste preservation, the self-contained system maintains a temperature range between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The forced-air refrigeration system guarantees consistent temperatures throughout the unit. Utilizing environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the cooler prioritizes sustainability.

The reverse condensing fan motor employs a unique mechanism, directing air towards the condensing coil for 20 seconds in a reverse blowing motion each time the compressor activates. This feature effectively removes dirt and dust buildup from the coil, contributing to prolonged operational efficiency. In conjunction with regular preventive maintenance, this technology enhances the coil's longevity and, consequently, extends the overall lifespan of the unit.
