The True TDD-3-HC draft beer system is designed to accommodate three half-barrel kegs in its galvanized steel interior, featuring a 1/2-inch reinforced lip and door threshold protector to prevent internal damage during keg loading and unloading. This unit offers the capability to dispense two different kinds of beer simultaneously, thanks to its two insulated beer towers and a two-way tapper manifold connecting the beer lines to the carbon dioxide line. The cold air flowing into the towers minimizes foaming during beer dispensing.
Maintaining kegs at a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit is achieved through the capillary tube system and the use of eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The combination of polyurethane insulation and effective door gaskets helps retain cold temperatures within the cabinet, while fan circulation ensures even cooling of products. The evaporator's epoxy coating adds resistance to corrosion. The front grill is removable for easy access to the refrigeration system, promoting convenient maintenance.
Upon compressor start-up, the fan motor of the True TDD-3-HC draft beer system reverses for 20 seconds to blow dust and dirt off the condenser coil, contributing to efficient system operation and reduced energy consumption. While this self-cleaning feature extends the system's lifespan, routine preventative cleaning and maintenance remain essential. The black vinyl exterior of the unit is designed to resist chipping and peeling, providing durability and aesthetic appeal.
