Structural stability is maintained by the powder-coated black steel frame rail, which also enhances corrosion resistance. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation is employed to keep cold air inside the cabinet, contributing to efficient temperature retention and overall structural integrity.

The refrigeration system's slide-out design facilitates easy maintenance and cleanup. The electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors play a role in energy-efficient air distribution without excessive heat production. The reverse condensing fan motor technology aids in eliminating debris from the condensing coil's surface, promoting efficient long-term performance. This mechanism, when complemented with regular preventive maintenance, ensures a clean coil that uses less energy, enhancing the unit's overall efficiency over time.

With a temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the True TBB-3-HC can accommodate 112 six-packs of 12-ounce cans or three half-barrel kegs. Magnetic gaskets on the doors prevent cold-air leaks, contributing to effective temperature control and energy efficiency.
