The True T-35-HC two-section refrigerator is designed with durability and classic aesthetics in mind, featuring a stainless steel front and floor, GalFan®-coated steel back, anodized aluminum ends, and a corrosion-resistant, clear-coated aluminum interior. The unit's dimensions are 391/2 inches wide, 291/2 inches deep, and 833/8 inches tall. It comes with two solid left-hinged stainless steel doors that offer full interior access. The doors are equipped with self-closing features and magnetic gaskets to minimize air seepage from the cabinet.

Inside the refrigerator, you'll find six heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves, each measuring 171/2 inches wide and 223/8 inches deep. The shelves are adjustable in 1/2-inch increments to accommodate different inventory sizes. The unit is mounted on 4-inch-diameter castors for smooth transport, and the front set can be locked to secure the refrigerator in place during use.

The refrigeration system of the True T-35-HC is bottom-mounted, allowing easy access for maintenance and creating additional storage space on top of the unit. It utilizes environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The exterior temperature display allows users to monitor and adjust the temperature easily. The electronically commutated (EC) condenser and fan motors ensure efficient and energy-saving operation while minimizing heat production. The evaporator is coated with corrosion-resistant epoxy for lasting efficiency.

The unit incorporates RCU (Reverse Condensing Unit) technology, wherein the fan motors automatically reverse direction for 20 seconds when the compressor starts up, eliminating dust, dirt, and debris from the condensing coil. While this mechanism contributes to efficient operation, it is essential to note that regular preventive maintenance practices should still be observed for optimal performance and longevity.
