Its capillary tube system controls the flow of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, effectively regulating the internal temperature. The consistent volume of air is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet by the condenser and evaporator fan motors, ensuring uniform cooling.
The bottom-mounted condensing unit provides accessibility for maintenance, and the defrost system operates at specific intervals, shutting off when the unit reaches the desired temperature. The condensing fan motor operates in reverse for 20 seconds upon startup, effectively cleaning the condensing coil by removing dust and debris. This self-cleaning feature helps maintain product temperatures, reduce energy consumption, and extend the overall lifespan of the unit. However, it's essential to perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance over time.
The freezer has a durable cabinet with a stainless steel front and anodized aluminum back, top, and sides. The aluminum interior is coated with a clear finish for easy cleanup, while the stainless steel floor with coved corners simplifies spill cleanup.
