The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior side walls and stainless steel floor and ceiling for durability and sanitation. With low-velocity airflow, manual humidity vent control, and an exterior digital temperature display, this unit ensures even heat distribution and dependable hot food holding while meeting NSF-4 standards for open food products.
