The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior side walls and stainless steel floor and ceiling for durability and sanitation. Equipped with low-velocity circulation fans, manual humidity vent control, and a digital temperature display, this model ensures even heat distribution and reliable hot food holding while meeting NSF-4 standards for open food products.
