It operates at a consistent -10°F temperature, making it ideal for frozen foods and ice cream, and uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in a factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system. The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior walls and stainless steel floor and ceiling for durability and easy cleaning. With top-mounted refrigeration, energy-efficient ECM fan motors, LED interior lighting, and NSF compliance, this model is well suited for high-traffic food service and retail display environments.
