Inside the cabinet, three PVC-coated wire shelves provide versatility and can be adjusted in 1⁄2-inch increments to accommodate various product types. The entire cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane foamed in place, effectively preserving cold air and enhancing structural strength.

The display freezer employs a low-velocity, high-volume airflow system created by the evaporator fan motor and large fan blades. This design promotes fast temperature recovery and pull-down times, maintaining consistent and cold temperatures. To eliminate the need for manual defrosting, the unit features an automatic defrost system that is time-initiated and time-terminated.
