We start by taking picture of parking space, loading dock, entry way width, doorway width, hallway, elevator, staircase on path to the install site. More pictures are taken of the Breaker Panels to identify available voltage of 208, 240, or 480 and 1 or 3 phase, install site, neighboring equipment, floor condition, wall condition, ceiling condition, utility terminations, filter systems, Ansul disconnects, utility shutoffs.
- PizzaMaster Optional Startup Function Control Checklist: Startup Inspections and Electrical work must always be performed by authorized personnel. This form captures the oven’s identification, model type, serial number, serial plate, power supply, number of decks, number of electric cables, ventilation check, external connection check, check external breakers or fuses, followed by checking internal breakers and cables, internal power check, power supply, test function of the electrical components, function test power and turbo start function, test the function of circuit board, test heat zones, test temperature check on top and bottom elements, test temperature sensor, and after all is checked the technician will burn-off oven for 1.5 hours at 662oF with top and bottom settings at 10|10, until all manufacturing odors are removed.
