The Peerless CE131PE - Single Section Counter Model Electric Pizza Oven is the best electric counter model in the market. It comes standard with a stainless steel front, aluminized interior, 3 hearth decks and a one-year “parts and labor” warranty.
The CE131PE is the only single-door, three-shelf pizza electric oven available. This commercial counter oven houses three cordierite decks which offers 456 square inches (2,941.9 sq cm) of cooking area per shelf. It comes with digital electronic controls and solid state relays for precise heat control and silent operation.
If space is a problem, you will appreciate our space saving design, which saves valuable kitchen space compared to competitive brands. The CE131PE can be double stacked to increase production in the same floor space. As a double stack, the CE231PESC requires just 36” of floor space.
