Peerless C131P - Single Section 1 Solid Door 4 Shelf Counter Model Gas Deck Pizza Oven is one of the most versatile, cost-effective and best gas-fired counter model oven on the market today!  It offers you the best possible quality with performance and value.

The Peerless C131P is the only single door four-shelf pizza oven available. This gas countertop pizza oven is built with prime 20-gauge cold-rolled sides and toped with a 16-gauge base. The interior is made of Armco Type 1, 20-gauge aluminized steel. This pizza oven comes with removable shelves which increase the oven’s capabilities for either baking or roasting (only gas oven has this feature). This tabletop pizza oven houses four cordierite decks which offers 456 square inches (2941.9 sq cm) of cooking area per shelf.

By stacking, the Peerless C131P can be converted into a C231P.

Peerless C131P is a single door, four shelf gas pizza oven that comes standard with a stainless steel front, aluminized interior, four removable hearth decks and a one-year “parts and labor” warranty. It is equipped with the new energy-saving and space-saving T shaped “Power-Pak” 3-cell burner system for better distribution of heat and for better baking ability. This counter top unit has a total cooking area of 1,824 sq. inches per oven offering space for eight 9" pizzas or four 18" pizzas. The oven and its individual shut off valve must be disconnected from the gas supply piping system during any pressure testing of that system at test pressures in excess of 1/2” psig (3.45KPA). The installation must conform with local codes, or in the absence of local codes, with the National Fuel Code, ANSI Z223.1/NPA 54, Or the National Gas and Propane Installation Code, CSA B149.1 - Latest Edition. The appliance should be connected ONLY to the type of gas for which it is equipped. All equipment is adjusted at the factory. Check type of gas on the serial plated on the bottom front of the oven. Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can cause property damage, injury or death. Read this manual thoroughly before installing or servicing this equipment. Peerless warranty states that every new oven will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 12 months from the date of installation or 12 months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This will not cover misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, improper installation, improper operation, operation outside of design limits, accidents and casualties. Shipping damage is not covered by the warranty. An approved service technician should do all repair work necessary. Contact Peerless before contacting a repair company. A qualified service technician must check MANIFOLD Operating Gas Pressure (NAT GAS – it should be 4” of water column, as measured using a manometer, LP GAS – it should be 10” of water column, as measured using a manometer). BYPASS must be set to ensure the low flame setting on the burners is correct. THERMOSTAT must be calibrated (with the temperature measuring device in the top deck).
