Its standard-depth layout features a 19½-inch cutting board for assembling menu items, while an insulated rail lid helps preserve the freshness of stored toppings. The top rail accommodates up to 12 third-size pans with depths of up to 4 inches, keeping sauce, cheese, vegetables, and meats organized and within easy reach. For added convenience, the unit ships with pre-installed casters for mobility and a side-mounted refrigeration system that maximizes usable cabinet space.
With 28.4 cubic feet of refrigerated storage, the C-PP93-D-HC offers ample capacity for bulk ingredients and supplies. Its six drawers glide smoothly on stainless steel slides with nylon wheels and are built with recessed handles and rounded corners for ergonomic and safe operation. Above the drawers, six adjustable shelves provide flexible organization. Constructed with a polished stainless steel interior and exterior, the unit is both durable and easy to clean. Powered by a forced-air refrigeration system that circulates eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it consistently maintains cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 41°F.
