Its side-mounted, forced-air refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain consistent cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 41°F. The standard-depth configuration supports pizza and sandwich assembly with a 19½-inch cutting board and a top rail that accommodates nine third-size pans up to 4 inches deep. Insulated lids on the pan rail lock in cold air to preserve freshness, while a digital controller with temperature readout provides quick, precise monitoring at a glance.
Built with polished stainless steel inside and out, the C-PP67-D-HC resists wear, simplifies cleaning, and enhances kitchen presentation. Its four refrigerated drawers glide smoothly on stainless steel slides with nylon wheels and feature recessed handles and rounded edges for safe, ergonomic operation.
