The Migali C-PP44-D-HC Competitor Series® pizza prep table combines precision, durability, and convenience for busy commercial kitchens. Outfitted with a digital controller and temperature readout, it allows precise monitoring of cabinet conditions throughout service. Its 44-inch standard-depth design features a 19½-inch cutting board across the front and a top rail that accommodates six third-size pans up to 4 inches deep. Insulated lids on the rail help retain cold air and protect ingredients when not in use. For added convenience, casters and shelving come pre-installed, ensuring quick setup right out of the box.
This prep table provides 9.7 cubic feet of refrigerated storage in its base, with two drawers and two adjustable shelves for flexible organization. The drawers glide smoothly on stainless steel slides with nylon wheels and are equipped with recessed handles and rounded edges for safe, ergonomic use. Constructed with a polished stainless steel interior and exterior, the C-PP44-D-HC is both durable and easy to clean. Its side-mounted, forced-air refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and maintains consistent temperatures between 33°F and 41°F for optimal food preservation.
