Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior that resists rust, corrosion, and wear, this unit measures 78 inches wide by 58 inches deep by 64⅝ inches high and is mounted on a low stand with casters for easy mobility during cleaning and servicing.
Each oven section features a 73-inch-wide by 32-inch-deep reversible conveyor belt paired with a 40-inch baking chamber, providing ample capacity for pizzas, baked goods, and a wide variety of menu items. For operator convenience, both ovens are equipped with a front-loading glass access door and cool-to-the-touch handle, while the removable conveyor and FastBake™ finger assemblies simplify routine maintenance and cleaning.
Engineered for speed and consistency, the 1400-FB2E combines air impingement technology with FastBake™ performance to accelerate cooking, baking, crisping, and heating without sacrificing quality. The air impingement system delivers focused jets of hot air for even results, while FastBake™ technology reduces bake times by up to 35%.
Both ovens are controlled by an intuitive digital interface with microprocessor controls, allowing operators to adjust temperatures from 260°F to 600°F, set bake times from 1 to 30 minutes, and control conveyor speeds with precision. To ensure accuracy in busy kitchen environments, the control settings lock automatically, preventing unintended changes. Each deck is equipped with a fluorescent display that provides real-time feedback on temperature, belt speed, and diagnostic messages for streamlined operation.
