Constructed With A Stainless Steel Front And Tilt-Up Doors, These Ovens Are Fully Insulated To Maintain Cooler Outer Surfaces And Consistent Interior Temperatures. The Doors Are Fitted With Large, Tempered-Glass Windows, Allowing For Easy Monitoring Of The Cooking Process.
Inside, The Cooking Chambers Are Crafted From High-Heat Resistant Aluminized Steel Sheets, Equipped With Thick Refractory Stones, And Illuminated By High-Capacity Halogen Lamps. The Powerful Electric Heating Elements Can Reach Baking Temperatures Up To 842&Deg;F (450&Deg;C) Within Approximately 45 Minutes.
Designed For Versatility, The Tk Ovens Are Stackable Up To Four Decks High. They Can Be Mounted On Their Custom Tray-Holding Stand Or Placed On A Heat-Resistant Kitchen Countertop, Making Them A Flexible And Efficient Solution For Any Commercial Kitchen.
